All Express Entry candidates will be given a score out of 1200, based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) formula. If you meet the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs mentioned above you will be admitted to the Express Entry pool.
If you rank high enough you will receive an “Invitation to Apply”. An invitation is valid for 60 days after the day on which it is issued by CIC. Within the 60 days, you must submit your application for Canadian permanent residence
